CREDIT CARD POLICY
We accept credit cards via our secure server. Celtic Charms IS a secure site. All orders are taken using industry standard SSL encryption which scrambles credit card & personal information that is being transmitted from you to us. Address Verification is used on all credit cards orders. Therefore, your Bill To: Address must match your credit card Billing Address when ordering. Credit card fraud is a Federal offense and we do prosecute to the full extent of the law which includes imprisonment and fines. In the event of a chargeback, we do require that all items are returned to us to prevent filing Criminal Charges for the Misuse of a credit card.
REFUND POLICY
Please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if you have a problem, and we will instruct you what to do next. Defective Items may be returned for full refund or store credit (less shipping and handling). If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, material, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 7 days for a full refund. There are absolutely no returns on body jewelry or consumable goods i.e. oils, herbs, etc.. for any reason. When you buy body jewelry or consumable goods here be assured they are new and safe from prior use. SHIPPING DAMAGE must be claimed with the freight carrier. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage. Insurance is mandatory on all orders. This small fee is well worth the price should your package be lost or damaged. Please contact us prior to returning anything, as an RA (return authorization) number is required from us, otherwise return packs will be refused. Shipping and handling charges are never refunded (no exceptions). Buyers must pay for return shipping costs, also not refundable.
SHIPPING
We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx. No COD's are permitted. We must ship to a street address. We are unable to ship to a P.O Box. We are now shipping Internationally, however, some items cannot be shipped out the USA and will say so in the product description. Normally, your order will leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Please also allow travel time by the carrier. Most orders should arrive within 12 business days. Foreign orders can take up to 35 days to arrive. Although we try to maintain stock levels or have made arrangements from the manufacturers or other warehouses, unavoidable circumstances do occur. When we do run short it is usually back in stock in a short time. You will be notified when a shipment is delayed and when it is expected to ship. We may also split an order for shipping, for example: if several items are available and one item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items and then ship the missing item when it becomes available.
Shipping/Handling rates are based on your total. Shipping/Handling rates on orders shipped outside the USA will be a minimum of $12.00 and can be as high as 25% of order total, this includes Canada. Free shipping does not apply on foreign orders! Shipping costs will calculated on the order form. Foreign orders will be given an estimate on the order form, but actual rates will be calculated and emailed within 24 hrs.
